After nearly three months of waiting after [[Closed Beta 1]], a Closed Beta 2 was announced on June 12, 2023, which began on June 14 and ended on June 21.

Closed Beta 2 was the second closed beta and playtest of THE FINALS. It started on June 14, 2023 and ended one week later on June 21, 2023.

The game had been improved, polished, and balanced, and new cosmetics had been added. New [[weapons]] were introduced: the [[XP-54]], [[FCAR]], and [[Lewis Gun]], while some existing weapons were renamed. This playtest also introduced the Quick Cash [[Cashout mode|game mode]] and the unranked Tournament mode, as well as a new [[Gameplay#Game Show Events|Game Show Event]], Orbital Lasers.
