The 'VAULT HUNTER SET' bundle was released on December 4, 2024 and contains some Easter eggs and references. The 'FOSSIL FORTUNE' charm features the writing "Sato 1988-10-29" which likely refers to the Sega Genesis console released on October 29, 1988 and supervised in part by Hideki Sato. The 'EXHIBITION GRADE' [[AKM]] skin features engravings of two mountain peaks with snow visualized by the letters W and N. This, along with the two mountains on the 'LOST LEGACY' spray, likely refers to the TV show ''Twin Peaks'', the pilot episode of which is titled 'Northwest Passage'. Hunters suspect these to be clues to solving parts of THE FINALS Easter Egg Hunt.

Easter eggs and other secrets found on cosmetics in THE FINALS.

HOLTOW QR Code Stickers

edit edit source
Main Page: Holtow Website

The 'HOLTOW QUOTE' sticker available in the Season 1 HOLTOW weapon skin bundle features a QR code, which leads to the website holtow.com. At the time of the sticker's release, the website was blank except for a mysterious blinking red circle. The sticker also featured a single red dot inside the QR code and the string "H5942617857-VRI".

In Season 4, a new HOLTOW QR code sticker was released, leading to holtow.com/suninsurance. The newer sticker also features a red dot, although at a different position.

edit edit source

On June 16, 2023, hunter Joshnut found small Roman numerals engraved on the silver bracelet wrist cosmetic. These decode into a series of numbers as follows: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6, 7, 11, 7, 6, 3, 9, 2, 4, 3, 7, 11, 5, 3, 1, 11. The meaning of these numbers is still unknown. Embark Studios CCO Rob Runesson reacted to the find, confirming its importance.

The 'STOLEN BASES' charm cosmetic features a "Rob R." signature that belongs to Rob Runesson (also known as SR), an Embark Studios co-founder and creator of the THE FINALS Easter Egg Hunt. The description reads: "Rob your opponents of victory.!" and includes two clues: "Rob your opponents..." and ".!", which is Rob's signature punctuation style.

edit edit source

Embark Studios' Art Director Robert Samellin's signature skull profile picture can be found on the 'FRONTSIDE AIR' charm and 'BAD NEWS BANDANA' facewear cosmetics.

The letters C and S are in the handguard of the Sword. During Closed Beta 2, Rob suggested that they relate to the lore of THE FINALS.
