Explosive Mines, as the name implies, are explosive. They are can be used by both [[Builds|Medium and Heavy builds.]] They can be placed anywhere and within a few seconds get armed. The primary use for the mines is anti-personnel. They are surprisingly lethal when a player triggers them. Furthermore, They have fairly big blast radius and do moderate damage on the surrounding buildings. When paired (2 mines) their destructive effect amplifies significantly.
 
Creative use of mines can lead to impromptu breaching charges, as the mines stick to whatever surface they are thrown onto, not just floors, but also walls, ceilings and other objects, some of which can even be thrown as a means of bringing trouble to the enemy rather than the obvious setting up a trap on a static location.

The Explosive mines are a very versatile gadget with many uses both to cause mayhem and destruction, but also for targeted use. Its biggest flaw lies in its unreliable detonation and the moments it takes to arm. It is after all not a Frag Grenade.
