The 93R is a burst-fire machine pistol for the Light Build and was introduced in Season 2. The 93R shares its burst-fire characteristic with the medium's FAMAS.

Overview

The 93R fires in 3-round bursts and is ideal for close to medium-range engagements. The 93R is one of the more inconsistent weapons to use, as the burst-fire feature may punish players more heavily for missing shots than other guns.

Pros and Cons

Pros:

Great for close quarters combat.
Good on maps like Monaco & Seoul. ^[Why?]
Rewards consistent aim.

Cons:

Gun is not very forgiving, missing shots could be fatal.
High weapon bloom.
Struggles at ranged encounters.

Loadout Recommendations

Pairs well with the Cloaking Device ability. The Evasive Dash & Grappling Hook can also work, but may cause a player to miss more shots if shooting and moving.
