The Glitch Grenade is an exclusive gadget for the Light Build. It disrupts opponents' screen and disables their ability to use gadgets/specializations. Additionally, it can disable any utility that has been thrown down by opponents, such as the Guardian Turret.
Strengths and Weaknesses
The glitch grenade is ideal against enemies' abilities such as the Healing Gun, as it provides an opening to attack while the enemy team is unable to be healed. Other breaches of defence include the disabling of the Guardian Turret, Mines, and any Reconnaissance. It is particularly effective at immobilising Light players, them being unable to Dash, Grapple or Cloak. However, it is unable to get close enough to the APS to ever disable it, and so is adeptly countered. If misused, it can also affect the thrower and their teammates, putting them at as severe a disadvantage as their enemies would have been at.
