The Riot Shield is a Medium build exclusive melee weapon that combines a large shield and a baton. Whilst holding the shield it is near impossible to hit the wielder and as soon as they are within melee range, a baton can be used to club down the opponent. In the current meta (CB 2023) the Riot Shield is considered the least viable melee option of all the builds.
